What happens if it is raining?

If it’s raining or inclement weather, we will try our best to reschedule your portrait to another time before you depart the island.
How do we pay for our photos?

After your portrait session, we will email you with a link to our online payment portal where you can make your payment.

How do we receive our photos?

Once we have received your payment and we have finished editing your photos (approximately 3-4 days) you will receive a link to download your images straight to your computer. This link will remain active for 14 days.

We highly recommend that once you have saved these images onto your computer, to also back up your precious memories into your cloud and onto an external hard drive.

What happens if we are unable to attend our portrait booking date and session time?

If for some reason you are unable to attend your portrait, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Depending on our availability we will try our best to reschedule during your stay.

What should we wear?

We find that plain coloured clothing works best when putting your outfits together for your portrait.

Try to avoid any clothing with intricate patterns, anything with large or distracting logos or text as this can become too busy.

Whites and blues are great colours to wear in the Whitsundays.
