01. How do we book a photography session?
Step 01
Secure your Photography Session
Our photography sessions book well in advance.
We recommend to book early to avoid disappointment.
Click on the 'Book Now' button, enter in the details and dates of your stay on Hamilton Island.
A photography contact from our team will confirm availability and book your Photography Session date and time with you via email.
A Booking Fee of $50 is required to secure your session date and time.

02. What happens if we are unable to attend our booking date and session time?
If for some reason you are unable to attend your portrait, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
Depending on our availability we will try our best to reschedule during your stay.
03. What should we wear?
We find that plain coloured clothing works best when putting your outfits together for your portrait session.
Try to avoid any clothing with intricate patterns, anything with large or distracting logos or text as this can become too busy.
Whites and blues are great colours to wear in the Whitsundays.
04. How do we pay for our photos?
06. What happens if it is raining?
After your photography session, we will email you with a link to our online payment portal where you can complete your full payment.
If it’s raining or inclement weather, we will try our best to reschedule your portrait to another time before you depart the island if we have the availability to do so.
05. How do we receive our photos?
Once we have received your payment and we have finished editing your photos (approximately 2-4 days) you will receive a link to view your proof gallery ready for you to choose your favourite images.
Once we receive your selections we will send you a link to download your images straight to your computer.
This link will remain active for 14 days. We highly recommend that once you have saved these images onto your computer, to also back up your precious memories into your cloud and onto an external hard drive.
